CREATIVE STAGE DESIGN Class

Students will also have the opportunity to apply to be apart of the Stage Crew for our upcoming shows! You can apply to as many crews as fit your schedule.

In addition to our Saturday Creative Stage Design classes, Stage Crew will be required to attend the weekly rehearsals and performances for their cast. See the full schedule below.

Positions include:

• Stage Hand - moving set pieces during the performance
• Stage Manager - helping the actors during the performance and keeping backstage organized (this person must be great with kids!)
• House Manager - responsible for making sure the theater is set up for performances, checking tickets and resetting the theater in between shows
• Sound Technician - plays the tracks and controls the microphones during the performance
• Lighting Technician - Operates the light board during the performance

It is not guaranteed that all students apart of the Creative Design class will be accepted into Stage Crew.

We want to take as many kids as possible, but it is important that we have RESPONSIBLE STUDENT LEADERS in these positions since they will be working directly with our students and representing our studio to our audiences.
